Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for review, the damaged item must be unused and in the condition it was received.
We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these requirements.
